* Couples Therapy: You + Me + She (or He): + 100

* For the Uninsured: Please add 100 to the above rates if you require a visit to my private practice. This fee is to offset the cost of procuring an incall location.

* Co-Pay for visits outside of Manhattan: 50
* Outside of New York City: 100

* Rehab: Please inquire about longer respites from the madness of your life. Or just "take two hours and call me in the morning..."
